Cherry Blossoms

There are so many different versions of cherry blossoms that are beautiful, here is mine...

I used Sally Hansen (SH) - Breezy Blue as the light blue base, placed a glitter over it, one of those no named, silver holographic glitter Cosmetic Art from Ross, used some acrylic black paint for the branches and dotted some "blossoms" and added green leaves.

Hope you like it.

Peacock Nails

My peacock nails, I guess if I did have a favorite animal it would be a peacock. The closest zoo (hour away) has peacocks freely walking around.

I used two colors from the avant garden China Glaze (CG) collection. CG-Keep Calm, Paint on (light teal) and CG-Dandy Lyin Around (glittery white). The shimmery color on my ring finger, the poor looking feather is SH-Blue Streak, and I used Shany plate 24 for the feather on the index and thumb, and Red Angel plate 102 for the peacock.

I think I might have to try this again.

Pink and Gold Stamping Skittle

A Crewed Interest by Essie has to be one of my favorite nail colors. It goes well with my skin tone, but I always have to use 3 coats to get it even.

I stamped with Bold Gold by Maybelline Colorshow and Bundle Monster (BM-221).

I am still working on my camera and picture quality. Why must it be so difficult for me.

PInk Taping

Wowsers, this was really tedious, but I love it. I just need more time and with a newborn and 4 other kids (5 girls!) it is not possible right now, but I will take what I can get.

I used Orly's Rage for the light rose pink shimmery color and then for the overlay, I used Orly's Decades of Dysfunction. I also used striping tape, I put too much polish on my pinky, and when I removed the tape, it flooded the area.

Rage is such a pretty color. Do you like it?

Mint Leopard

So, I am feeling like a pro at this stamping game, not because of experience, because of using the kit's scraper instead I have been using a faux credit card (it came in my junk mail). What a difference!

Anyhoo. For this mani, I used SH Wet Cement, then I stamped with a metallic dark silver/gray from LA Colors (came in the set I bought at Ross) using BM-221. I added the mint color, I think it is Mint Candy Apple from Essie (which I also bought at Ross, but it has a wrong name - Superduper Topcoat ???) What is up with that.

Red, Black, and White Water Marble

Hey guys, what a messy week in our country. Praying for all those affected by Boston and Texas. This world is a mess, but God is still good.

Red is Zoya's Carmen, White is Sinful Color's Snow Me White, and the Black is Sinful Color's Black Leather. The pink was an accident. I need to get better doing water marbling. Mad props to those who are great at it.

Spring Braided Nails

Everywhere I go, I see these colors in clothing. Such Lovely Colors.

This is what I used: for the gold, Maybelline Colorshow's Bold Gold, the mint color is China Glaze's Refresh-mint, and the coral is Barielle's Blossom.

I got a little confused on my middle. Ooopsy. I am still working on my camera, ugh.

Purple Gradient Snakeskin

I must be on a purple kick, plus it's my favorite color. I used Revlon's Cloud, the light purple, and some unknown named Cosmetic Art (you know the ones from Ross) for the darker purple. I stamped it using BM-215, with Sally Hansen's Complete Manicure's Love Me Not.

Loves Me Not

What a pretty color! I bought this polish at Target for 94 cents! I always try to find deals, especially for nail polish.

For this mani, I used Sally Hansen's Loves Me Not, a really dark iridescent purple, and for the accent nails I used a gold glitter, Color Club. I don't know the name b/c it does not have a name. Why? For some odd reason if you buy nail polish from Ross, especially the Color Club packs, there are no names on them, What is up with that? But they are still good deals. Sorry for the blurriness, still trying to work my camera.

Bikini so Teeny

I used the base color the lighter blue, Essie's Bikini so Teeny, and then I stamped with the darker blue Zoya's Robyn in BM-322, topped it off with some of China Glaze's Fairy Dust, a light holographic glitter.

I kind of nicked my pointer, oopsy, and some others.

White and Gold Glitter Gradient

I tried a glitter gradient with the striper polishes, don't know if I like it, I might have to retry it.

I used Wet n Wild French Creme (totally hard to make even - maybe I need to thin mine), Sally Hansen Golden - I, and Stripe Rite in Gold Glitter (didn't have a name). The gold and glitter doesn't match, oh well, what was I thinking, lol.

First Post, Pink Skittle

Hello! I am so excited to start blogging again. It has been awhile and I felt like starting over, fresh name and new ideas. Come start this journey with me and my hobby of nail polish and nail art.

My first manicure is this pink skittle...

This is what I used. Thumb and Ring: Fingerpaints Paper Mache and Sinful Colors Sugar n Spice, Middle and Pinkie: Essie's Pink-a-boo, stamped with Konad M57 lace design, and used 3 light pink rhinestones, Pointer: WetnWild Sparkled.

Do you like?
